Payments:
The remaining fee is payable immediately after the performance. Payment is to be made via cash only. We are unable to accept cheques in person.
Cancellations:
In the event of a cancellation the following conditions apply.
You can cancel and transfer your party free of charge up to 1 year away from your origonal party date. Any deposit paid will be moved to your new party date.
1) Provided the party is cancelled within 14 days of the date in which you originally booked your party date and rebooked for another date convenient to both parties, no cancellation fee will be payable.
2) Should the performance be cancelled by the client within twenty one days of the engagement date and not be rebooked, regretably your deposit will be non-refundable.
4) Under no circumstances will alterations or cancellations be accepted on our voicemail service.
5) In cases of ‘Force Majeure’ (which shall be known as war, fire, death, illness or other capacity certified by a properly qualified medical practitioner, epidemic, accident, civil commotion, national calamity, order of Government or Local Authority having jurisdiction in the matter, changes in law, foreign government policy, act of God), which are not attributable to any act or failure to take preventive action by the Treasure Box Parties or the client, then Treasure Box Parties or the client may cancel this booking without penalty.
Should you fail to notify us of a booking cancellation that results in your entertainer travelling to your event, the remaining party balance will be payable.
In the extremely unlikely event that your entertainer is prevented from attending your party, we will refund any deposit paid in full. However, we will not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss that you may suffer as a result of any cancellation.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO UK GOVERNMENT LOCKDOWN OR RESTRICTION
You can postpone your party up to 1 year away from your original party date (subject to availability). You can use the deposit paid for a siblings party. You can change the party type from inside to outside. If you or your child has Covid and you notify us within 7 days from your event you will be offered a new date or full refund of your deposit.
The Show:
1) The performance will be held indoors or in a three/four sided marquee.
2) No food should be served to the children during the performance please as they need both hands to participate fully. This also prevents spills, mess and (most importantly!) choking.
Photography and filming / Performance copyrights
This is your party and your memories so feel free to photograph and or film any part of the show for your own personal use. You may post still images of the performance on social media sites but please do not upload video of our performance on to social media or video sharing sites. Copyright in the performance and characterisations remains wholly the property of Treasure Box Parties.
