Treasure Box Parties is a small, family run business, and your family is as important to us as our own. With that in mind, we would like to take a moment to let you know that we are mindful of the situation concerning Coronaviris in the UK and outline our approach to minimising risk at events.
Treasure Box Parties are following all advice from Public Health England to ensure that we are minimising the risk of catching or spreading Coronavirus. We are ensuring our entertainers are apprised in the up-to-date practices to prevent catching or spreading of the virus and we will be implementing these best practices at all of our events. Rest assured, at all Treasure Box Parties the best practices of good hygiene and cleanliness are followed and we are taking extra precautions to thoroughly sanitise any of our equipment that children might handle.
We have taken the decision to temporarily cancel all face painting. We cannot ensure that a child may not infect our brushes and sponges, and we cannot reasonably provide fresh tools for every child. As a countermeasure we will be replacing face painting with glitter tattoos. Despite these being more expensive for us to provide, there will be no additional cost to our customers.
Our cancellation policy currently remains the same. We are fulfilling all bookings and will continue to do so unless government advice changes. It is currently unlikely that small private events will be affected but, in the event that government advice changes we will offer a free booking transfer option. This will allow you to move your party booking to a new party date within 12 months of your original booking. In this event these offers will be made in good faith directly to our clients, without prejudice and subject to availability.
